Face Soap with Activated Charcoal
This soap contains Shea Butter which makes it delicate and therefore suitable for the face. Mind that some people are sensitive to Shea Butter, so the skin gets dry and itchy when it comes in contact with this specific butter.
The activated charcoal gives the soap the black/grey colour (next time I'll add more for some really black soap!). Activated charcoal is a thin black powder that is made by burning carbon-rich materials such as wood, coconut shells and coal to obtain charcoal, which then goes through a number of chemical processes in order to activate it. The activation builds up a very porous surface with numerous holes. That is why it is excellent for surface binds! In cosmetics, it is used to bind to toxins and to remove skin impurities and oil on and below the skin.

- Ricinus Communis (Castor) seed oil
- Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) butter (eko)
- Aqua (Water)
- Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) som blir glycerin
- Tocopherol
- Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) seed oil
- Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower oil
- Charcoal Powder
- Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil
- Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) oil
PRODUCT INFO
Take your soap and lather between your hands. Massage and lather the area and rinse with cold or lukewarm water.
Make sure you keep the soap on a soap plate or stone, which might need regular cleaning, since the soap leaves black left-overs.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at mielestrega@gmail.com about the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
