Service Description

Learn the art of making soaps from scratch! We won't use a melt and pour base, I will teach you how to blend oils and butters and make soap bars for your own domestic use. Structure: Two sessions, the first one of circa three hours to actually make the soap, and the second one, a few days after, to cut the soap together on Zoom. What you get: All materials, protective gear and ingredients, plus a booklet with the basic knowledge to start making soap at home. Location: The course will be held in my little underground lab on Lidingö. The price includes 25% moms. Only two participants per course to ensure high quality time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You acknowledge and understand that over the coming months there is the risk of government travel restrictions due to pandemics. Where you choose to book a holiday with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to pandemics or unexpected events. In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked. Guest Cancellation If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Arianna Montanari in writing. Once Arianna Montanari has received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. For retreats which have been fully paid and no deposit has been stated, the deposit amount will be 25% of total fee or 5000kr (whichever is greater), minus a 500kr admin fee. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Arianna Montanari by you, will be recovered from you by Arianna Montanari as a debt due and payable. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy Simon Borg-Olivier reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by their team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Simon Borg-Olivier they will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. Simon Borg-Olivier is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Simon Borg-Olivier reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel retsrictions due to pandemics or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Simon Borg-Olivier and Arianna Montanari. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
