This is your invitation to join Simon Borg-Olivier for his Intensive trainings in Stockholm, 14th to 19th June 2025 at Oasen Gärdet. We will practice Synergy & 5-dimensional flow, a practice developed by Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss over the last 40 years. "In my in-person teacher training courses and retreats, I teach six foundational practices that form the heart of the 5-Dimensional Synergy Flow system. These are divided into two parts: * Morning Practices – which focus on building inner awareness and functional movement from the inside out. I refer to this as the 5 Dimensional Flow System *Afternoon Practices – which integrate the morning’s principles into structured yoga sequences with meditative flow. This is based on the postures of the Yoga Synergy System with an approach based on 5-Dimensional Flow so I refer to it as 5-Dimensional Synergy Flow." You have the possibility to practice with Simon as follows: WEEKEND INTENSIVE TRAINING Saturday 14th + Sunday 15th June. 2 sessions per day (9:00-12:00 + 13:00-16:00) 3400sek TEACHER TRAINING WEEKDAYS Monday 16th + Tuesday 17th + Wednesday 18th + Thursday 19th June 2 sessions per day (9:00-12:00 + 13:00-16:00) 4900sek **For the weekday training we have opened up the chance to join the first and second day. 2400sek Join both trainings and receive a 10% reduction. The prices are per person and include: * Two 3-hours sessions with Simon Borg-Olivier per day * Possibility to record the sessions * Use of all common spaces at Oasen Gärdet * Hosting and cleaning services Payment Payment of the deposit can be made directly to Simon. Cancellation Policy Where you choose to book a training/retreat with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to pandemics or unexpected events. In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked. Guest Cancellation If you wish to cancel your training you must notify Arianna Montanari in writing. Once Arianna Montanari has received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to departure date/start date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. For trainings/retreats which have been fully paid and no deposit has been stated, the deposit amount will be 25% of total fee minus a 500kr admin fee. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date/start date, 100% of the price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Arianna Montanari by you, will be recovered from you by Arianna Montanari as a debt due and payable. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy Arianna Montanari reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by their team, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Arianna Montanari or Simon Borg-Olivier they will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. Arianna Montanari is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Arianna Montanari reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel restrictions due to pandemics or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Arianna Montanari. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
