This class will make you warm but without the heart racing, making it a moment of pleasure with yourself. Perfect for those with injuries, those who feel that yoga is usually unaccessible.

Cancellation Policy
When cancellation of the class/workshop happens less than 48hrs prior to the start of the workshop, the fee will be kept and not rembursed. No-show will also be charged 100% of the fee for the class.
