To be able to say YES to what we really want to say YES to, we sometimes need to say a big NO to things that do not serve us. I created this 12 weeks long programme after succeeding in healing my chronic lower-back pain after 15 years of hopelessness. I thought there was nothing left I could do, that one day I would sit on a wheelchair and would not be able to walk anymore. Endless and expensive physio appointments, scans, massages, the pain, the worry. Untill I started with Yoga Synergy. BOOM. It was different from everything I had ever experienced. And I learned to do that ONE single thing that changed it all. RELAX and SLOW DOWN. Together with you we will learn to: 1. Relax the whole body and specific areas, as well as learn how to breathe relaxed and naturally. 2. Connect and create awareness in the body. Uniting the dots. 3. Move those areas that were too stiff too move before, those muscles that were not used before. 4. Implement the principles of stretching less, tensing less and enjoying more to create your own signature movements, where we learn to avoid overstretch and discomfort so that we can heal whatever injury we have. WARNING!! This might boost your self-confidence, Higher your energy levels, Make you feel strong while enjoying the practice. In these 12 weeks together we will meet once a week here online or at a physical location, and you will have access to extra material online. You will be able to reach out to me everyday in case you have questions. Investment: 9200kr (it is possible to pay in 2 or 3 installments)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy You acknowledge and understand that over the coming months there is the risk of government travel restrictions due to pandemics. Where you choose to book a holiday with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to pandemics or unexpected events. In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked. Guest Cancellation If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Arianna Montanari in writing. Once Arianna Montanari has received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. For retreats which have been fully paid and no deposit has been stated, the deposit amount will be 25% of total fee or 5000kr (whichever is greater), minus a 500kr admin fee. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Arianna Montanari by you, will be recovered from you by Arianna Montanari as a debt due and payable. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy Simon Borg-Olivier reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by their team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Simon Borg-Olivier they will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. Simon Borg-Olivier is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Simon Borg-Olivier reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel retsrictions due to pandemics or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Simon Borg-Olivier and Arianna Montanari. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
